We want you to be confident in your purchase. Inspect your trailer on delivery before signing.

Inspection on delivery

Note any damage or discrepancy on the delivery receipt before signing, photograph it, and contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.

Approved returns

If a return is approved, $0 return fees apply within the US — no restocking fee and free return transportation within the 48 contiguous states. The trailer must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

Custom or special orders

Trailers built or sourced to custom specifications may be non-returnable except in the case of a manufacturing defect or misrepresentation.
